Volunteer in our efforts in building people up and helping them live in a self-sustaining, supportive community.

Eden Village of Wilmington depends upon its volunteers to keep things functioning and running smoothly. Our villages are full of residents, and they are encouraged by your generosity and in return will be working by your side, giving them a sense of ownership and accomplishment and in return teach them to give unto others as you have done. WE believe in the importance of dignified relationship in the healing of the impoverished.

Join A Home Team

The Backbone of Eden Village

Relationship and community are a key part of the solution to homelessness. We believe that we should know the name and story of the person we’re trying to help. Each resident of Eden Village of Wilmington will has a supportive Home Team consistent of 4-6 people from the surrounding Wilmington, NC area that meets monthly and continues to ‘do life’ with that resident. There is a short educational program required to clearly explain the process, which includes no material gifts, rather just a supportive relationship. Home Teams meet the 3rd Saturday of the month.
